How to solve Lenovo heating problem

#Option 1, Hard Reset LENOVO A6000 & LENOVO A6000 PLUS with menu setting:

1. Turn on the LENOVO A6000
2. We suggest to charge the battery full
3. Make sure you already backup all important data, because it will deleted from LENOVO A6000
4. Go to Menu Setting > Storage > Factory Data Reset
5. Choose Reset Phone, continue with Erase Everything
6. The LENOVO A6000 will do the master reset until it finish

#Option 2, Hard Reset LENOVO A6000 & LENOVO A6000 PLUS with Hardware Button key:

1. Confirm and make sure that LENOVO A6000 Battery is fully charge or not empty
2. Turn off LENOVO A6000
3. Press together : POWER + VOLUME UP about several second, that the warning will appear at the LENOVO A6000
4. You can also try to press POWER BUTTON until Lenovo logo appear, then continue press VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN together until menu appear
5. Choose: Reset Device or Wipe data or Clear eMMC 
6. Make sure we already backup all important data because doing hard reset will clean all installed application and all data will be loose or clear while Resetting LENOVO A6000
