Steps1:
Firstly Create a “New Folder” and name it as something as you like.

Step2: Copy the address of that folder like “C:\Users\sandy\Desktop\New folder (2)\snapshots

Step3: Open VLC Player
Navigate to “Tools” and Select “Preferences”.
Now  Select  “All” radio button

Step4: Select Filter and check on “screen video filter”.

Step5: Paste the copied folder location “C:\Users\sandy\Desktop\New folder (2)\snapshots” in Directory path prefix.Change format of frames to be saved like .png,.jpeg etc. and frames per second and click “Save” .

Step6: now open your desired video to play.

Steps7: Open the location “ C:\Users\sandy\Desktop\New folder (2)\snapshots  where you saved frames and watch.
